Hi.Sometimes I feel shy and have anxiety for absolutely no reason.any tips/advice/or exercises I can do?

that will help me deal with sudden shyness,to help in the short and long term?any advice would be greatly appreciated,thankyou!

be confident about yourself.i know this sounds silly but get a friend or family to do role plays with let them pretent to be someone you are shy with.there's nothing to look down at but your feet so look up and tell yourself i'm ok..gl
smoke a dubie, it will help you relax.
