Hey i am still not cmng out of my depression .i failed in an exam .another i is 4 wks aftr .i cant concentrate

Are you taking medication? What kind.

Exercising? Eating right? Avoiding alcohol or other drugs?
Maybe you should quit playing on the computer and start studying.
I'm sorry - women suffer depression from PMS. Go to a medical doctor and see if he can help you. If you're a male, try using OT|C St. John's Wort and Gingko- Balboa. It's a natural mood and memory enhancer.
What have you done that you are expecting to be coming out of your depression?

Ideas:

1.) go to the doctor, tell him/her what's wrong, they'll probably prescribe you an anti depressant

2.) Change your daily habits, get some exercise, eat healthier, you know just get into shape

3.) Journal your feelings, write down feeling, (use real pen and paper) keep them or throw them away it doesn't matter. *(this actually does help)

4.) Stop using any drugs or alcohol that your are currently using. (if you can't get into a rehab center)

5.) Interact with real people, not people over the Internet, create some flesh and blood friendships.
