How can i calm down my anger?


Answer:
when you realise it is up, take a walk. walk around the house, around the block or whatever it takes. meanwhile, do some soul-searching to see what is triggering your angry. solving the root is the cure, but it wont be easy.
take a shower.
i have anger management too.i have few ways of overcoming it...
1) Take your pillow,cover ur face and SCREAM as loud as u can
2) Take a paper write down all the bad things u wanted to say and burn it...watch it burn...
3) Dun hang out with peep, go somewhere quite and take very deep breath
4) Keep a diary ...(helps me alot) and keep it safe
5) Watch something funny.listen to your fave song
6) eat chocolate
7) If possiable sleep .. if nothing helps see a doc

just keep quit when you get anger and try to avoid takling with others and just recollect the things which makes you that may be your pet.

there is a very effective way to calm down anger, which is also scientifically proven. if you are angry and u are standing, your body produces a hormone that goes into a fight or flight position, if you stay standing it triggers the fight aspect and makes you angrier. if you sit down, this hormone's activity gets imbalanced, and goes into the flight mode making you calmer. if you were already sitting down, lie down. this has been quoted centuries ago, by the Muslim Prophet Mohammed PBUH, that if you are angry and standing sit, and if you were already sitting, lie down. and amazingly scientists have just uncovered the science behind it. it really helps alot!

Imagine yourself as a contestant on Jerry Springer. Imagine that if you did the thing in anger you wanted to do, people would laugh at you and call you nameslike they do the contestants on that show. Angry people are like circus freaks and people like to stop and stare and point and throw peanuts...well, maybe not throw peanuts, but you get the point. They like to talk about you and laugh at you behind your back. Do you REALLY want to be laughed at and subjected to ridicule? Those contestants truly look like idiots when they lose it and you DON'T want people to think that about you, do you?
This sounds crazy, but it's the ONLY thing that keeps me from running over people with my car on occasion...because I've got a certain image to uphold-lol.
